The Avicenna - McNeil Webcast to help members navigate the NHS Information Governance maze- A Quick Guide was a resounding success with over 200 independent contractors participating in the event. The webcast on Tuesday 23rd March 2010 featured Lindsay McClure from the PSNC.
Over 93% participants rated the event as meeting their expectations and a similar number rating the event highly relevant.
"We are always looking for new and innovative ways of communicating and providing solutions for our members and are delighted with the response for this event. The event was recorded and a link to the archive was sent to all LPC's in the country for the benefit of all pharmacy contractors" said Zul Mamon, Director of Retail Operations and Member Services.
Jon Luke from McNeil also said that "as a company we constantly seek ways in which we can support pharmacy and this Webcast was a great example of the innovative way in which we look to work with our customers to satisfy their needs. It was a first for McNeil and a first for pharmacy and we hope to explore this service further"
